Bogu Kumite Gear

Common to all of our Bogu Sparring are the following items:
                           
Number 1!  Shin guards (reversed)     Shoes                       Mouth guard
           
    Kenpo Gloves                or        Boxing Gloves

For Children and medium contact we use:

                         
Cheap (hard to see)           Better                       Also good             Only for kids

For heavy contact you need:

                   
Bogu Face Mask         Knee guards               Elbow guards      Forearm guards

I'll try to get pictures of the Chest guard for medium contact and our Bogu Chest guard.
